My popular nutrition programmes are aimed at making you feel a whole lot better! Specifically, they are focused on boosting your energy levels, improving your sleep, helping you manage your stress more effectively and how to eat more balanced and healthy meals.
The recipe plans are designed in a way so that you have the confidence to try out new foods, to develop healthy habits, and to improving overall food patterns.
We all know how busy we are and therefore these food plans are not only quick and easy to make, but easy-to-find foods are used. There is no calorie counting or strict diets included, just plain healthy eating.
These programmes generally run approximately 4-5 times a year and include:
- Online access any time and anywhere via a secure online platform.
- Access to a motivating whats app group where you can share information, receive support and encouragement from others.
- A food plan that includes different recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks.
- A free 20-minute nutritional consultation is included in these programmes.

I am delighted to bring you my next programme alongside with Penny Hall (Personal Trainer) who is deaf herself as well.
The Autumn Health Revival is designed to help you reboot your body and reset your metabolism after having lots of naughty foods over the summer. Over the period of 28 days, I will help you introduce healthy new habits, nourish your body with real food and fresh ingredients, reduce your toxic load (such as alcohol, caffeine & sugar), feel more energised, lose weight and body fat in a healthy way without counting the calories and improve your body confidence.
Over the period of 28 days, I will focus on specific topics such as immune health including digestive health, stress management and sleep management. We will also learn about which minerals and vitamins are particularly important for the immune system, and where to find these foods! This programme includes simple, nutrient-rich, easy-to-prepare, tasty recipe options together with a varied and enjoyable yoga, weights and cardio programme – all of which you can follow from the comfort of your own home.
What is included?
- A brand new and delicious recipe pack with a huge amount of choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
- Live exercise classes with the added option of catching up these classes at a time that is more convenient for you.
- Health questionnaires so that you can assess your progress.
- Daily nutrition tips and tasks in both BSL and written English to help keep you on track and keep motivated.
- Weekly question & answer zoom sessions, including a quiz evening!
- Weekly cook-alongs
- You will be part of a d/Deaf community to support and inspire you to reach your goals.
