About me

Hi, I’m Naomi. I help people like you who simply want to feel better. You may be a busy professional who do not have a lot of free time, or you simply do not know how to deal with your health issues. I work with you in a variety of ways to help you regain energy, to lose the excess weight and to gain the perfect hormonal balance.

My mission is to help you find the root cause of your symptoms, and to regain control of your health by making positive choices about the foods you eat. I will make sure that the results are long lasting.

Previously I worked in medical education, producing online materials for medical doctors on behalf of major pharmaceutical companies. (In-between I worked as a scuba diving instructor for a leading diving company in South East Asia where I also fulfilled my (other) passion for the underwater world. I am very fortunate to have escaped unscathed from the 2008 tsunami that struck Thailand whilst scuba diving.) I decided to change my career path as I wanted to make a real impact with real people using my passion, which is nutrition.

I always notice that when I do not eat well, my energy levels are not as good, or my moods are affected. My gut is also not a happy place, and I feel ‚heavy‘. I am well aware that it is so important to be excited about food and to appreciate the variety of foods that is on offer, with a range of colours. I always love trying out new recipes just to get the taste buds going. I know that when I eat well, I feel a whole lot better in so many ways.

I am also passionate about making the connection between what you eat and what you feel. My approach is based on scientific, evidence-based nutrition to optimise health.  I take into account your lifestyle and eating preferences to ensure that all advice is workable and tailored specifically to your needs. I like to make my recommendations practical so I provide shopping guides, delicious recipes, healthy cooking and dining out advice. These resources help keep you every step along the way to ensure that healthy eating is enjoyable and achievable. Every case is different; you may only need a minimal number of sessions but in other cases, you may need to work with me over a few months to see positive results. It is important that you know that if you are after a one off session then you may not see the desired result. Bear in mind that this is not a quick fix and this may require patience.
